What we collect

During the registration process, the types of personal information you provide to us may include, name, email address, license plate number, vehicle identification number (VIN), username and password.

If you browse the Website without signing into your account, we do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of our web site you visit and how long you spend there. But we do not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have logged in to our web site. When you are signed into the Website or Service, we will use geo-location technology to determine your location when you request certain features of the Service. Your location will also be "grabbed" anytime you post a tip to the Website or Service. If we are unable to "grab" your location, we may ask you to specify your address when requesting services.

How we use it

  • To allow you to quickly manage and pay parking tickets.
  • To remind you to feed a parking meter.
  • To update you on street cleaning times where you are parked.

  • To aggregate parking data in order to map/group the data. Your personally identifiable information is removed when the data is aggregated.
  • To alert you of product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services we are providing.
  • To provide feedback in an online survey.
  • To request assistance or fill support requests.
Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information.
